Matt Ryley great start to race season!

What a great race my my long term client and friend Matt Ryley at the LA Frosty Swim / Run biathlon. With a time of exactly 51:00 and splits of 14:00 for the 1000m swim and 37:00 10km, he finished 5th overall and 1st supervet (50+). Matt was also faster than all the 40+ vets as well!

Looks like Matts consistent winter training and big run blocks are paying off well as he heads into his preparation for the China 70.3 in April and Ironman UK later in the year!
