Mark and Vivian are a husband and wife team and live in Richmond, VA, USA. 

 

Mark has been competing in running races since 1983 and competing in triathlons since 1990. He travelled the world competing in all triathlon distances at an elite level racing against the top triathletes in the World at European, and World Championships, and was the fastest British Finisher overall at the Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Hawaii in 2004.

 

His personal best times are:

Sprint triathlon - non drafting (750m / 20k / 5k): 54mins.

Olympic - non drafting (1.5k / 40k / 10k): 1:52mins.

70.3 / middle (1.9k / 90k / 21k): 4hr 04min.

Ironman distance (3.8k / 180k / 42.2k): 9hr.

Mark has been coaching since 1995, from novice to the elite / professional and was head coach for a large triathlon in the UK for 20 years. Now in his 50's Mark trains everyday in cycling, running, swimming and strength / conditioning training in the gym continuing to realise his potential and that of others.

Vivian was a competitive sprinter and brings an extensive background of personal training and strength and conditioning to all levels looking to get fitter, healthier, and to perform and feel great! 

We guarantee your success if you are willing to listen, learn, take action and put in a little hard work and dedication.
